Dr. Vlad E. Genin is the Campus College Chair, School of Business and Information Systems & Technologies (San Francisco – Silicon Valley Metropolitan Area), University of Phoenix, the largest private university in the United States.

As the General Editor, Chief Program Coordinator, head of the Stanford University major research study (Think Tank) and the book on defense conversion, Institute for International Studies, Morrison Institute for Population & Resource Studies,  Stanford University, as well as Co-Director, Principal Investigator, Burkle Center for International & Strategic Affairs Project on Global Politics and International Cooperation, University of California – UCLA, Dr. Genin led large teams of distinguished world-famous scholars.
